Cindy Moen

Office Manager

I graduated from Carroll College Dental Hygiene School in 1977.  I'm the wife of Dr. Donald Moen and mother of Dr. Matthew Moen.  After practicing dental hygiene in Great Falls, Montana and Minneapolis, Minnesota, Don and I decided to open our practice in Lewistown in 1981.  I started as Don's dental hygienist, dental assistant, receptionist, and the office manager.  I've enjoyed providing dental services in every area of dentistry.  As our practice grew our staff grew to what it is today.  I am starting my 37th year in the dental profession.  Lewistown has been a wonderful community to raise my family of three children (Nicole, Matt, Monique) and enjoy my career.  Our patients over the years have become my friends!

Vickie Ungefug

Front Desk

Hello! Vickie Ungefug here.  Currently, I am the Moen Family Dental Center's front desk receptionist.  I was born and raised in Livingston, Montana and am a true Montana Gal.  I attended Montana State University (Go Cats) where I studied nursing and finished three years of the program.  I am married to Larry Ungefug, the retired post master, and we have been in Lewistown for 25 years.  We've raised our three children (Tucker, Abby, and Tyler) here  and I have worked for Dr. Donald, Dr. Matt, and Cindy Moen since 1988,

Customer service is of the utmost importance to me. Assisting our patients with their scheduling and dental concerns is my top priority.  We are a very diverse dental team and have become family to one another.  I am filled with such pride to be a part of such a caring network of professional providers, whom provide exquisite dental care to our community and surrounding area.  Thank you Central Montana for letting me partake in your family's dental care!

Ellen Miller

Dental Assistant/Office Manager

Hi, I am Ellen Miller, and I grew up in Lewistown.  After graduation, I studied at Montana Sate University Bozeman.  I returned to Lewistown and married Terry Miller.  We live with our two boys (Jared, Jake) on the family ranch south of town.  We enjoy following their school activities and 4H activities.

I've been with Moen Family Dental since 1994.  I'm a certified dental assistant and certified in dental radiography. I really enjoy getting to know our patients and providing them with the best possible care.  

Rita Lund

Dental Assistant

I have been with Moen Family Dental Center since 1999 as an assistant/sterilization assistant.  Prior to Moen Family Dental I obtained an Associate of Science degree from NWCC in Powell, Wyoming.  I worked for Dr. Thomas and Dr. Olson as an Orthondontic Assistant for 17 years and I am an orthodontic assistant for Sayre Orthodontics here in Lewistown. I've really enjoyed working in the dental field the past 30 years, and thoroughly enjoy our patients. 

I am married to Ron Lund, a real estate appraiser and we have raised our three children (Logan, Justin, Chelsey) in Lewistown.  I spend my time outside the office working in my embroidery shop in Lewistown. The Lund Family enjoys working outside with livestock, riding, and roping.

Kenda Horacek

Dental Assistant

Hello, my name is Kenda Horacek and I am so excited to be working for Moen Family Dental where I work for an amazing dentist and staff. I've been working as a dental assistant for 6 years now and been with the Moens since 2012. I have grown to know and love the field of dentistry! My degree (CDA) is in early childhood so I bring 19 years of experience of working with children with me. I've lived most of my life in Lewistown, and love seeing familiar faces and value the relationship you form with each patient. I have a wonderful husband (Steve) of 31 years and together we have been blessed with two children, Bryan and Kayla, and 5 grand children. Every extra moments we have is spent with family.

Ellen Reaver

Dental Assistant

Hi my Name is Ellen and I started working for Moen Family Dentistry in 2014.  I graduated from Fergus High School in 1998 and then served active duty in the USAF from 1999-2004.  Upon completion, I was eager to return home to central Montana and really love living in Lewistown with my best friend Allan and yellow dog Princeton.  Everything we do in dentistry creates a positive result.  It allows me to assist in creating a positive influence on every patient's quality of life.  Dentistry requires a team effort and we have an outstanding team at this office.  Being able to provide positivity in the community I love is very rewarding!

Mary Derheim

Dental Hygienist

I received my Dental Hygiene degree from MSU, Great Falls in 2004. I started working for Moen Family Dental in 2006. I had worked for them previously as an assistant in the early 90's. That is when I caught the "dental bug." I like providing dental care for my patients and I enjoy getting to know them. It is gratifying when a patient tells me I have helped them achieve a healthier smile.

My husband, Ted and I have been married 32 years and have lived in Lewistown since 1991. We have 5 children. Helen is married to Jeb and they have our grandson, Paxtyn. Our other daughters are Katy and Cecelia. All 3 girls graduated from Fergus. Our sons, James and Luke currently attend FHS. I cherish my time with all my family including my parents, Frank and Mae Zimmerer. I enjoy reading, gardening, and traveling.

Loni Handran

Dental Hygienist

Hi, my name is Loni.  I grew up in Glendive, Montana and graduated from MSU-Great Falls in 2011 with an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. I started with Moen Family Dental following graduation and really enjoy working with a variety of patients and providing them with the best dental care possible. I like working with a team and always enjoy learning new things. I have three children (Aubree, Rylee, and Huck) and really enjoy camping, boating, and snow skiing.

Ann Philipps

Dental Hygienist

My name is Ann Philipps and I started working for Dr. Moen in 1992 following my graduation from Carroll College. I received my BA degree in Dental Hygiene. I really enjoy getting to know our patients and helping them maintain a healthier dentition. I am married to Dave Philipps and we have two sons (Parker and Jayce). I really enjoy following the boys with all their sport activities as well as camping and boating.
